Had similar setup to this. I used it as a poor man’s lat pull down. It was effective but once you started pulling heavy weight it would swing to you. I upgraded to surplus strength which fixed that problem.

This is what I’ve used and known since the beginning. It got the job done but there are far better options out there today.

This was a great stand. Got the dumbbells off the floor and It’s v shaped so it fit perfect for a corner and wide enough to stand between and easily pick up the dumbbells. Sold the dumbbells and stand.

I tried this at homegymcon. I loved it, it was the best pendulum at HGC. It was perfect angle didn’t need any adjusting. Now I just have to fight the urge of getting it and putting in my bedroom since I don’t have space in the gym.

Had these on titan rollers. It was a good added protection for the bar to keep from banging on to metal when re-racking.

Came with the rogue rhino. The ends of the pad are square digging in to the hip, think if it were arrow shaped I would fit better. The padding is stiff and stable can easily support heavy loads.

I loved this bench. I unfortunately sold it because I have a small gym and wanted more space. Only marked it down because it’s only a flat bench and an adjustable bench can easily replace this and do more.

The entry level curl bar that magically shows up when your gym is created. Gets job done but better quality options are available.
