As far as benches go this checks all the boxes. Stable, grippy upholstery, future expandability options, vertical storage and lightweight. Great choice for any gym.

The Ares 2.0 is a decently priced dual stack cable system for the REP 4000/5000 racks. Overall quality is great however the price tag is a bit excessive and the choice of some of the materials is questionable, primarily the cables themselves. Personally believe that they are too thin with even thinner sheathing which contributes to noise and cable twisting. However even with the issues it’s a great addition to the gym.

No complaints as to the build quality of the REP PR-5000 rack. Uprights and crossmembers arrived without issue, quality construction and assembly is a breeze. Power coating is consistent and available in most popular colors. Attachment ecosystem is vast and constantly being expanded.
