Great addition to the mammoth belt squat. Honestly should be standard but I get that some people prefer the single post.

Work great. Have had some issues with the elbow and this has been part of my rehab.

I like this. I've not had the issue on jumps that other reviewers have had. It's light and has held up for me for years.

Love chains. Don't use them enough but man, just a classic sound in the gym.

Never actually use this for its intended purpose. I put one on each of my SSB when I have stored in my Darko Anchor so that I don't clip my head. Necessity is the mother of all invention.

These got added to the EZ curl bar that the fairy left and have never come off. Get used probably once a week.

Have this on a stand alone post for my mammoth belt squat. Works great for what it does and allows me to vertically store the mammoth and move it around as needed.

Does what it is supposed to do. Nice to have for single leg work.
