This is by far my favorite flag in my gym. I didn’t realize you could get any logo you wanted printed on this bad boy. I went with the drinking team banner and boyyyyyyyyyyyyy does it tie the gym together. This is 100% the centerpiece of my gym and I’ve never missed a lift again after this flag went up behind the rack.

If I don’t need a spotter, my drink still needs a friend. As does my table. When I’m sucking down piping hot la croix I need a place to set my drink so I stop burning holes in all my tables from these boiling hot crispy bois. Look no further than this coaster.

I believe when I purchased it was on sale for about $20 and how could you go wrong? There’s not much too it if I could nit pick at all I wish they ground down the corners of the top of the pin to a rounded edge not 90° hard edges but for the price and what it is I can’t even legitimately complain about that.

If you’re anything like me you lift weights because you weren’t smart enough to do much else…. There’s been times when I enter my gym I say “what am I doing here?” “why am I in this room?” “What is the purpose of all this steel and these heavy circles?” Then I see this flag on the wall and it all comes back: LIFT SHIT. Inspirational, some days I enter the gym and say screw this I just wanna be a whale of a man again. And I look over and remind myself that lifting hard makes you entitled to live easy. Who needs motivation when you have a flag like that?

These old things!? As much of a staple in the gym community as a barbell and plates. These are the Bonnie Blue of a home gym if you can take the smell they’ll never leave you unsatisfied

As corny as it sounds this banners made me man up a few times when I look at a loaded bar for a PR and man I’ve hit every pr I’ve tried since adding this flag so that’s gotta mean something

I hate this thing. You feel like king of the world until you add one pound near your max then it might as well be thors Mjölnir. I’ve never seen another gym piece get a group of folks so competitive since the barbell well done guys
