Good add to the cable tower for low-rows. Very simple sturdy design. Good for what they are. One drawback, in my incorrect opinion, is that they seemed a bit over priced for what they are.

They serve their purpose. Good for warmups & injury rehab especially.

The OG classic trailblazer in drink safety! You would have to be a complete horse’s ass to not have this in use in your gym!

Drink safety & cool vibes combined! Sticks to anything. The rack, the gym fridge, your toolbox, even the metal plate in your foreman’s head!

The certification exam to be accepted into this association was extremely tough. It can break a man if you go into it lightly… After countless hours of studying I proudly accepted my certification in the second round of availability. The things those first round guys must have went through to pave the way for us must have been awful. Looks great on a resume.

Performs ok for the minimal KB work that I ever do. Mainly as a warmup tool. Didn’t want to load up my gym space with several KB’s so overall alright.
