Best open trap bar I have used. The overall quality is outstanding. I went with the standard handle with the diamond knurling. With this setup the bar comes in at just over 74 lbs. It can be a bit unyielding when moving. Also make sure you plan ahead on how you are going to store the bar, something I did not give enough consideration.

Great design for wrist and forearm work. I have been using to help elevate some wrist pain. The overall quality is excellent. The price point is fair. Only drawback was the collar that came with it very difficult to close. Ended up using a different collar.

lack Lalanme economy line plates produced in the 1970s -80s. Fairly common to find, I have couple of smaller plates pairs. Simple design, which fits the originally lower cost target.
