I think this is a great bar. Probably the only deadlift bar you should get if you want one. If you’re getting a deadlift bar it’s cause you compete. And this is what’s probably in competition. That being said… I hardly use it. I think it’s great. Super aggressive knurling. I just stick to my power bar more often.

It works? Honestly kind of a weird width to hook up to normal racks. It seems like there should be a better version of this out there. But it was cheap. So far no issues, just weigh it down.

Owned since 2020. I really don’t take care of it. I used to oil it. Now never, maybe will this weekend? Probably not. It still looks awesome. Love the knurling. Super stiff.

I got this in 2020 when you couldn’t get any equipment and I was building up my home gym. I’ve thought of replacing it so many times but why? It works great. Is safe. I’ve squatted 400lb+ in this. Note: I have this lag bolted with 2x6s to my garage wall so it’s super stable. Without that it would be sketchy. It weighs so little. If you have any more money, get something more ‘standard’ like a real 3x3. More safety and more attachment options.
