The ohio power bar is a very nice bar. I've got the stainless shaft, chrome sleeves version. Rogue has more recently increased the quality of the bar and smoothed the sleeves more. I think for the price, I'd prefer Rep's options which are a touch higher quality and cheaper, and if going higher quality would go for american barbell. I'm just not the biggest fan of Rogues chunky knurl, I prefer a more grippy knurl.

Shout out to the Utah Warriors rugby team for the bar. Gave me a sick deal. Overall a great powerbar for every use. (Squat, bench, deadlift, OH press, ETC.) Knurling is good, definitely not as aggressive as a TPB. But I still never had issue with grip on the deadlift with the knurling.

First barbell I ever bought, along with my first Rogue order ever in like 2018. Works great, knurling feels good enough for me. The center knurling is super helpful. I'm not super experienced with other bars and trying to figure out if one is too "whippy" or "stiff" - but for about a year one time I left the thing outside loaded up for deadlifts when I was only really doing that weird Pavel Tsatouline "Power to the People" workout. It held up great. Any rust on it I think only came from the plates staining the sleeves, and the shaft seems fine. Sleeves still spun pretty well, considering it being outside for a whole year, uncovered. Some oil and they seem back to normal. The black coating has worn off I guess because of deadlifting where it rides my shins. Works great for heavier landmine movements too.

Knurling is good, not to aggressive, mainly use for bench press and military press. Very solid bar.

Good quality Bar, knurling is just aggressive enough for me personally. I got the stainless with hard chrome sleeves. For squats and benching it's great, if you take deadlifting seriously, recommend getting a deadlift bar.

Bought a black zinc/bright zinc with my rack as my first barbell alongside a bare boneyard Bella. That bar was excellent and Rogue's tolerances are tighter than ever. I upgraded to a stainless/black during a sale and that was even better. I would still be using that bar but a great deal on an even nicer bar came up near me. The OHP has some of the best knurling out there, between Texas and the Chewy in terms of aggression, but I would say the most crisp if that's a term. Rogue also has the highest value and fastest resale every single time so it's a safe bet if this is your first bar. 10/10 would recommend.

Owned since 2020. I really don’t take care of it. I used to oil it. Now never, maybe will this weekend? Probably not. It still looks awesome. Love the knurling. Super stiff.

The reviews speak for themselves on this one. Rogue nailed it with this bar. This is the first bar I ever bought. There is nothing you cant do with it. It is the daily driver of my gym and has been put through the ringer. It is a lifetime piece and gets an A+ every use. Love it! I even taped over the bare spots so we had just a little extra grip for squatting with it. But it almost made no difference. Great bar all on its own.

Bought used on FB Marketplace 3 years ago as wife HAD to have it since it says "Leviosa" so it matches her tattoos.....She has yet to use it BUT I use it and it works great just like any other multipurpose bar. What puts this above others is knowing that Rogue will back it should something happen.
