My gym began in 1983 with a bench and barbell set, today my whole family uses the gym along with some friends. It has really grown since covid and the access to better home gym equipment.

Very good dip attachment, if you like a fat grip, easy on the hands and wrist.

Solid piece, for the price , hard to beat, does what you need it to do.

The best lat bar I have used. Very smooth, probably because of the weight of the bar, as noted by several others. Should last a lifetime.

Great grips for a functional trainer, good knurling for a solid grip.
