This and the REP Kleva Lat Bar are the two main pieces I use for Lat Rows. Something about this basic stainless steel lat bar with that signature Rogue knurling in the hands just feels great. Nothing super special about it, cept it’s badass. I got mine around 5 years ago before the price hike so 5/5 for me in terms of value.

I love this bar. Awesome feel in your hand, smooth rotation. My only beef is that it's heavy and can be awkward to attach to a home cable system. In my mind, the perfect compromise would be hollow stainless steel for attachments like this that get mounted overhead. Until something like that exists, I think this is as good as it gets.

If you're looking for the ultimate lat bar, this is it. Nothing else out there touches it. The only downside is it's a bit heavy.

The stainless steel version looks great and feels great. Can be used as a Lat bar or a Straight bar. Only con for me, is that it could have a better rotation system. Same with their Cable Curl Bar.

Easily the best lat pull down bar I've ever used. Some of the gen pop clients at the gym don't love it because of the kurling but that's exactly why I love it. Best made lat pull bar on the market, feels like griping a barbell ♥️

This bar feels fantastic. Solid in every way. Biggest challenge is avoiding getting crushed in the head changing weights or walking under.

As soon as you get this (and you will because it's that awesome), check the hanger position. Like all shaft collars, there is a simple set screw on each that allows easy adjustment and hanger centering.

Excellent knurl and rotates smoothly. Stainless steel, so I should last a lifetime. The standard which other lat bars should be compared to.
