Was a mandatory purchase for my initial rogue home gym order. Very solid, does the job. And well. I just wish I knew about how much status points a UDA would get me when I was a young home gym nerd. But this thing works, powder coat is nice, thick handles is nice. It looks cool and stores well on the matador hanger on my wall

Very good dip attachment, if you like a fat grip, easy on the hands and wrist.

I wish the arms were a little longer but this has been a comfortable way for me to do dips on my Rogue Strip wall mount. I'm not sure why everyone spends so much money on dip handles. It is sturdy and comfortable to use. I'd recommend it to everyone for the price compared to its competition.

Have had this in my Costa Mesa gym for 8 years, great piece for a removable dip station. Rattles a little but overall good

This is a solid dip attachment. My biggest complaints are price and it can be a bit cumbersome to attach and hang up. It’s solidly made and has a good grip to it. The width is pretty good for me but obviously would never be perfect like an adjustable option. Might upgrade at some point but it’s hard to want to when this gets the job done so well

Before mutant metals UDA we had this on a Monster light rack I had. It’s fine if you have a ton of space. Ultimately it became a useful piece that was oblong and took up too much space when stored. This was part of the design ethos Rogue initially had. No frills, solid pieces that were not foldable. Thankfully we have moved past this design ethos and things are more portable, stackable, and storable. This was the abacus before we got the calculator (UDA)

+1 for V-style dip bars. When I used random dip stations in commercial gyms, dips would hurt my shoulders. I stopped doing them. Then I risked getting this V-style dip bar. For me, perfect. No shoulder pain, been dipping every since. I would love to try the Mutant Metals UDA, Vendetta Omega and Rogue Velocidor. Especially the 35mm vs 40mm vs 48mm knurled handles. Obviously better quality and more versatile, but happy with what I have.

Pretty basic but I could not justify upgrading to the others on the market

I’ve used this almost every week for the last 9 years or so. If I was to nitpick, it can get a bit slick if I’m really sweaty (no duh). Chalk and wiping it with a towel helps with that. I never understood the appeal of the Mutant Metals adjustable dip attachment besides it looking cooler (to be fair I’ve never used it). This gets the job done for me and I see no reason to get anything else for upper body squats.

I didn’t like using this. Not sure if it was the angle, thickness of the handles, wobble while using it, difficulty storing it, or the slipperiness of the handles themselves. Suffice it to say, no bueno for this hombre.
