Major Grant Broggi is a Marine Officer, owner of The Strength Co., Starting Strength Coach, and member of the Starting Strength Seminar staff. He began barbell training in Military College to get stronger and prevent injury. In 2025, Grant was activated from the Select Marine Corps Reserve and deployed overseas. Now back from deployment, he has resumed leading The Strength Co., supported by his experienced coaching team and its ongoing mission to help people get strong and provide quality American-made strength equipment.

Have two of these in my gym, I like that they can accommodate Marrs bars along with other bars.

Have had this in my Costa Mesa gym for 8 years, great piece for a removable dip station. Rattles a little but overall good

I don’t know how I ended up with these but I love them and they are awesome.

I’ve got two of these in my gym, super useful training bar for women, particularly on the press and deadlift. Not a fan of bare steel for commercial use, bar requires maintenance and new lifters u familiar think that it’s “rusted”.
