Equipment Needed for Starting Strength

A lot of our clients—whether through our online coaching platform or while building a home gym—are brand new to strength training and want to run the Starting Strength Novice Linear Progression. A common question is: what’s the minimum amount of equipment I need to be able to “Do The Program” at home? Here’s my list and recommendations if you’re just getting started.
