Used this at the new gym that just opened up. Extremely difficult to get into start position if you have bad shoulder mobility or tight chest. Gives a super deep stretch which is good, and is smooth. can see why people like it, but not my favorite piece of equipment.

Shout out to the Utah Warriors rugby team for the bar. Gave me a sick deal. Overall a great powerbar for every use. (Squat, bench, deadlift, OH press, ETC.) Knurling is good, definitely not as aggressive as a TPB. But I still never had issue with grip on the deadlift with the knurling.

Been using as a rack for a while now. Squatted 500+ pounds and benched over 400 and had no issues using it as a rack. Great for the cost! One of my holes does not align so I cannot put one of my pins in to hold the cross bar. Other than that it is a great purchase to use as a rack or yoke as intended!

Unsure why anyone would even consider a different SSB. Comfortable, sturdy, and legendary. EliteFTS typically has a sales on this product whether it be on shipping or a % off as well.

Not a bad log, not an amazing, but a good log for the price if bought brand new. It is rackable which is convenient, but some areas could use a little work. Such as the knurling on the handles are not the greatest. This is also the only log where I have had issues of the bottom of my forearms getting a little beat up because of rubbing on the edge of the handle holes. Could just be the way I grab the log, but this log is the only one that I have noticed it the most. I would still recommend for people in their home gym because of the convenience of it, as it "Gets the job done"
