Used this at the new gym that just opened up. Extremely difficult to get into start position if you have bad shoulder mobility or tight chest. Gives a super deep stretch which is good, and is smooth. can see why people like it, but not my favorite piece of equipment.

I love this machine. The arms glide. The stretch feel amazing. If I had the space for a dedicated machine like this, I would love to have one.

Pretty expensive per usual with Arsenal, but this machine was always easier on my shoulders than a traditional dumbell fly
