These are fine for basic boiler plate safety arms. They can get really annoying and awkward to adjust. The finish also get degraded super fast by any bar with knurling better than cap. I’m gonna make the upgrade soon but more worried about how I’m gonna get rid of these.

Bought these after watching one of coop’s videos and honestly they’re a little over hyped. I know it’s coop so he hypes up everything but he said they were the next best thing to Kaz handles and I don’t see it. Love them for what they are though, they are awesome for grip work and if you need to take a load off your joints in pressing movements

Humbling. These are a great grip and back tool. My biggest complaint is that the black rubber band holding the rope together feels pretty flimsy. Took a while for the fibers that were loose to shake out of my pair but now they are solid!

Thank god for the massenomics guys bringing these to my attention! I have used these a ton on my cable machine for abs, triceps, biceps, back, really anything! They’re great not just to attach attachments to but just on their own! Gotta add them to your toolbox especially for just the 15 bucks I paid.

Got the original version of this attachment and use it a ton. The knurling is aggressive and solid. The angle of the attachment point can be awkward but I have found for single arm tricep ’movements it is great an as well for grip work!

Absolutely love the stuff this guy makes! Has a ton of attention to detail in the features of the skull. Multiple color choices. Solid quality build. He also sends them with a new rope so if you have an old beat up one and want to replace it with flair get these!

This was another Etsy buy for me that has been worth it. The traps and mechanisms are easy to use, the wood is smooth and strong. They can hold me at my heaviest of 275. If you’re interested in ring training I recommend these as an alternative to the more expensive brand name versions.

Bought these off Etsy and thought they might just be another cheap 3D printed hook that can’t stand more than 5 pounds but I was pleasantly surprised. This is great for storing your bands, slingshots, hip circles, mostly anything you use on the rack a ton. It has magnets so it grips tight to the rack. I have not tried hanging chains yet but am curious to know if it can handle it.
