Used at my work gym - okay if no alternative, but very glad I have my own exercise bike at home now, which is far better. As with most/all TechnoGym kit, it’s expensive commercial equipment, wouldn’t recommend for home use, much better options out there.

Used at my work gym -absolutely hate it. The positioning of the roller just below the patella is extremely irritating and makes it feel like it’s trying to break my leg as soon as any weight is added. Used at my work gym - there are significant downsides to this rowing machine: the handle is fat, and so this makes rowing with it considerably harder than it should be. The seat is also slippery, and so if trying to sprint on it then it’s impossible to stay on…for example if trying to set a good time at 100m row. As with most/all TechnoGym kit, it’s expensive commercial equipment, wouldn’t recommend for home use, much better options out there.
