Used in a commercial gym recently that had a full Matrix line. Worked as good as any other commercial seated leg curl. I'd like to see the seat angle be tipped back slightly more and for there to be more of a stretch at the top

Used this quite a bit in a commercial gym while rehabbing from double hip surgeries. Worked as good as any other hip machine I've used, nothing good or bad about it

Used this in a hotel gym in Hawaii and liked it for its single use. Obviously better than dumbells because of the continuous tension, and better than standing cable flys because you have the back support. Definitely wouldn't put it in my home gym though

Great way to sort your change plates better on the vertical weight tree and save time loading and unloading

Priced very well, and they actually have pretty heavy increments. Other than that nothing special or different about them compared to other brands

I've never degraded myself to ever use one of these on a squat, but I wont feel bad about using one for hip thrusts or whatever other use for it I can find

Really nice movement plane on this. Only downside is the weight stack isn't very heavy

Generic hex dumbells that everyone sells. They get far too large the heavier they get, and the handles generally aren't good and don't have knurling across the whole handle
