Cheap box that I wouldn’t recommend for anything other than step ups. It’s slippery so use with caution for some movement. I actually use move as a phone holder and just placing things on top like water bottle.

These little swiveling rack mounts are a must own if you have shogun flex u it’s and a power rack. Easy to quickly install and move around with the included qucknuts and for the price paid I use them all the time on my Rouge RM6 for cable chest flies. Great value and the swiveling is an added bonus.

This is a very versatile piece for the home gym. It performs multiple exercises and I’d say the core exercises are done very well with lots of adjustability. Nordics, back extensions, GHD sit-ups and Decline sit-ups are what I use the bench for so having 4 quality movements makes it worth the price. Build quality is above average and padding feels nice but I’ll need to see how it holds up after multiple years use. The wheels are horrible and also the bench is still massive when stood up so don’t expect the most compact piece. Also it’s very heavy to move but that also means stability is good especially when in use very little movement. Overall if you can get a discount I’d say it’s a quality machine.

This is a very specialized attachment for the home gym space. It’s very tricky to mount and get the proper spacing for performing cable movement where you need stability and support. I use mine for Voltra pulls and a few push movements like dual bicep curls. The pad itself is very comfortable and can flip either direction and the dual sundials allow enough angle adjustment. The arm is long but also heavy and attaching with the pin and securing pop pin is a bit of a tussle. Overall it’s a very expensive piece for what you actually get but worth the price if you can use weekly numerous time. Also storage is also tricky.

These little digital resistance machines are fantastic for traveling or using in your gym for accessory work. They each go to 44 pounds resistance and also allow eccentric and chains mode. You can also link multiple units together. Included are various strap mounts for attaching to door or stable everyday objects for anchoring. The cable/strap itself is limited in length to about 6 feet for pulling but I highly recommend.
