Top tier attachment anchors that can add versatility to your power rack for band movement and TRX straps. Knurled locking knob as well as a safety cotter pin keep these from loosening and coming undone. Includes a very nice shackle and fit and finish are very well done. Can be used for pulley routing as well.

Kabuki Kaddillac bar is a mixed bag. The performance is fine for Neutral grip pressing and rows. Nice variation for grip position and this bar will save your shoulders. The build quality is a bit of a calamity. The sleeves are attached separately and the welds are poorly executed. I’m not a fan of the black texture throughout and the grips feel slippery if you work out in a humid environment. Also the balance point when loaded for pressing will cause the bar to spin and the chassis edges are really sharp so you need to take caution especially when re-racking or making contact with your chest area. Overall I use this 2-3 times each month but better options exist for this type of specialty bar.

I bought this strap Mount to only use for my travel purposes since most hotel gyms don’t have a power rack with proper mounting options. Built with high quality materials and 2 strap lengths. I’ve used in my garage and worked fine attached off a storage rack for testing. I’ll update after my next trip on how it works in the wild.

This is a good attachment compared to the other F6 attachments which I don’t like at all. Build is very nice. Rotation is good and smooth and the feel in hand with Knurl and handle diameter is just right. The only negatives are it’s extremely heavy for a single handle push down and the end flange is massage and unnecessary oversized. I would skip this and go Porter 10 out of 10 times but at least this attachment from F6 is serviceable.

Stay away from this and just buy the Darko version. It looks cheap and the fit on the rack doesn’t have the same tolerance of Darko Anchors. The UHMW liner is also cheap looking and feels thin. Also it hangs lower so if that’s not something you’d want then pass. Hardware to attach was also cheap with the threads and nut looking cheap and rough.

Storage band hanger that isn’t very good. Honestly when you view the profile online it looks compact and space saving but it’s just a janky setup without enough spacing between hangers to organize well. It’s fine if using thin bands and not putting more than 3-4 on each hanger but anything substantial or thick is just disorganized and annoying. Also the angle of the hanger and mounting is garbage. If I spent more than I actually did I’d be annoyed more. I’d only recommend if you need compactness but your actual better off just hanging things off a band peg.

This is the best Prime attachment made for the money. I think I paid $225 shipped and this footplate is a masterpiece. The fit on my RM6 with the UHMW protection is snug and solid. The actual foot rests are angled perfectly and grippy and feel nice. The top shelf above the foot plate all you to place an attachment there between sets. The build quality is a perfect 10. It is heavy and awkward to store off the rack which would be the only negative but it’s an S-Tier attachment.

Basically a must have for any home gym especially in a garage and after degassing. Cheap and durable for the price. Consider its 100 pounds of rubber so not like its overly expensive especially if you can find in the $40-$45 price range. Also these mats can be cut to size altruist a pain in the ass. Nice thickness to protect flooring and also easy to clean. Only hassle is smell and the effort to move or place them initially.
