For the gym nerd to complete his dining and drinking ensemble. You have the SS Eleiko, of Xmasters or JD Heavy Mug, the SS Sorinex Big Shot shot glasses, now the missing piece…is the SS knurled cutlery. The Spoonbell at 1lb, the Knifebell at 1lb and the Forkbell at 1lb. If you have spent the money on the drinking vessels, then the $320 on niche cutlery will seem reasonable. I wish I can show more than one picture but I’ll just include their endcaps.

Inexpensive, great Tricep attachment that works grip strength as well (can also be used for bicep curls) and seems to hit the triceps with a different stimulus vs. ropes of V bars. It’s small and easy to store.

Solid and stable. Aside from my Rogue Plyo Foam Box, I use this on top of my Belt squat platform for a quick 21” Plyo base. I mainly use it for my sledge hammer work. Even though I have a 12lb rubber, round sledge, and 3/4” rubber floor tiles, this ballistic block saves my underlying porcelain floor and provides a nice little recoil to strikes. For longer sessions I have to place 45lb bumper plates around it so it doesn’t drift. At $115 plus tax and delivery it makes for an expensive piece of rubber! Cheaper than a Haxe Slam Pad, but I still think the Slam Pad would be the way to go for Sledge sessions.

This works well for me on my belt squat for good mornings that I perform off of the belt squat platform on wedges. The materials and stitching are all of excellent quality that you come to expect from Spud.

This was my first bench and I appreciated the ability to adjust gap. It is built like a tank and was easy to adjust. The padding was decent and I used the decline feature with the leg attachment for sit-ups and decline pressing. They took this bench out of their lineup and the newer line of benches have better padding and a more grippy vinyl. This bench was a great value and worthwhile to pick up if one ever pops up. I wanted something easier to move around my gym, something more nimble and that could be rolled from either side - so I own the Ironmaster Super Bench Pro V2, modified/upgraded a few things on it and it’s the best bench ever.

I think these are a mega convenience upgrade if you have to move your bike around. The handle and wheel combo actually make it a breeze. I wish my Box Squat Box had bigger wheels and was as easy as the Echo Bike to move. I wound up not needing to move bike often at all, so the tires are there just to look mean now and have no function.

These work great in a number of applications. I use them in my IM Super Bench Pro V2 with the Leg Ext Leg Curl attachment as well as with the Bullet Proof Isolator.

Expensive addition but this upgrade brings an already amazing cable attachment to the GOAT level! I did this upgrade for both sets of my Trak Handles, the Pro and the Sport with the very aggressive knurl option.
