Expensive, but it wears the Sorinex badge well. And it’s not a Sorinex sticker, but rather a metal emblem. The in-line bearing skate wheels are what make this a very smooth piece to use. You can loop a light band around and become added resistance on the pull. It’s small and easy to stow away. I kept it under my red IKEA locker. I sold it once I purchased my GetRxd GHD and I no longer have a photo of it.

I have the Pro series and it’s made very well. The rollers are comfortable and supportive. This isolates very well, specifically targeting the rectus femoris and vastus medialis. It also is good at improving knee stability. Sure to help build big quads - hence the reference to the Greek mythological character King Sisyphus, who was condemned by Zeus to push a massive boulder up a steep hill for eternity, only for it to roll back down every time he neared the top.

This piece is of value because nothing else exists like it and allows you to train unique rotational movements on your cable stack. When I ding the “value” category it’s focused on the fact that this is expensive fur what it is. Once you dial in the height and use it a few times you understand the benefits. I enjoy rotating a different piece each day (roller, Abmat, slam ball, incline sit-up, ab straps, GHD sit-ups, etc.).

This is a fairly compact GHD, that is built well and priced competitively. I’m pretty sure it’s a white labeled product though, because I’ve seen identical units with different branding. Even though it has a slightly smaller footprint than many others out there, it’s still a space hog in a smaller gym.

This served me well initially before I had independent squat stands to allow me to do done leg exercises. Loading can be tricky because you have to keep it balanced despite being able to load only one side at a time. It was comfortable and having the rotating handles let me do cleans and done presses with it too.

Quick on quick off. They are great in my MX Evo 100 dumbbells since the handles that they come with are only 29mm. This brand seems to have the largest internal diameter of others out there, but I still would like to see it slightly larger so when engaged around a 29mm barbell or dumbbell handle - the ends would actually close to not leave any gap. They are comfortable and give a little boost to the forearms as well. I’m not keen on the huge colored branding and wish that was just in relief or embossed rather than colored.

Costs less than a good pair of J cups and the construction/design is more complex so I think the pricing is great. It’s solid and easy to slip in on leg days to hit an otherwise neglected tibialis anterior muscle (responsible for dorsiflexion of foot and ankle). Strengthening this muscle can help improve balance and stability. It can also help improve explosive performance in sprinting and jumping. Strengthening this muscle can also reduce the risk of shin splints, ankle pain, and tendon injuries in sports. So it proves to be of value for more than people think.

I had this piece for a short time and didn’t feel the appeal since with a functional trainer and proper positioning, I could keep my biceps engaged at the upper portion of the movement, where normal free weights are not successful at. Plus I’m not hypertrophy driven so this was more of a curiosity purchase. My version had rotational handles and a nice slight angle - different company that is no longer in business. But Gorilla Strength would be the “go to” now.
