This footplate is made from a solid sheet of 1.5 inch thick Virgin UHMWPE Polymer capable of handling loads up to 1000 lbs. it weighs 13lbs and is 24”x15”. There are four channels on the bottom of the footplate. Each channel is 4 Inches wide x 1/2 Inch deep for plenty of room to put your bands. The outer slots give you even more exercise options. Loop your bands through the slots on all four sides of the board. You can do unilateral exercise, bilateral exercises and more. They also work great for taking up extra slack in your bands. Even though I have the Clench Fitness band handles, I use it exclusively for banded deadlifts since I have no other way to secure bands. At $280 it’s pretty expensive for a hunk of UHMW, but it is made very well and does the trick for me.

Currently this unit is selling for $999. I purchase it when it was selling for $699 plus they were running a 20% off sale, which solidified my decision to incorporate this into my gym. Secondly, it has a nice small footprint 21x25x37”. A comparable unit would be TOG forearm trainer at $899 for black and $799 for a white version. The BeFitNow version is sturdier using 11 gauge steel with two lower foot braces (one under weight stack and the other under the forearm pad post. The handle is rubberized the machine selectorized stack going up to 154lbs. The total unit weighs 240lbs. The padding is nice, comfortable and supportive. I need to place my Abmat head stand push-up pad on top, not for lack of comfort, but rather obtain the best stretch at the bottom of curl. I have seen this unit, and the TOG one on Temu and AliBaba for a fraction of the cost, which also validates that these are white labeled products - that’s why I downgraded them for “value”. I also have a Death Strong Guillotine grip trainer on order and it will be great to have two forearm stations to easily cycle with hammer curls and reverse pronated curls on “arm” days to not neglect the forearms. PS, I removed the “BeFitNow” labeling and put a vinyl “Rogue” emblem on and suddenly it became “overbuilt” 😝

Expensive, but this is a premium piece that has the benefit of being portable (gym, car, bedside). You can choose grip width (the sidewinder tapers), you can choose to also just use the end cap for finger strength training. The knurling is passive but plenty grippy and not biting. I love using this to train grip, well I don’t love the painful burn, but love the results.

General Info and Specs: The barbell is made with attention to detail and is a very high quality bar. The bar has a traditional weight of 45lbs, so it doesn’t mess with your math when adding plates. Keep in mind, you have to SIGNIFICANTLY scale down the weight that you normally work with, so it’s not a lot of math anyhow 😂. The bar is 7feet 2 inches with a usable sleeve length of 16 1/4”. Function: I think it’s established that using full ROM can stimulate more stretch-mediated hypertrophy. With a regular grip width most people don’t achieve a full pec stretch with the barbell bench press, as the barbell can’t go down further than your chest. I think dumbbell presses can help accomplish this, cambered presses, and wider grip positions on straight bar. With the Radian Barbell, Its handles move synchronously through the full length of the shaft and create a sort of “combination lift”. A combination of a straight bar and a dumbbell, but keeping the movement controlled along one axis. The handles travel very smoothly and using a Teflon impregnated dry gun lube, they slide like butter. When using this bar vs. regular straight bar for bench pressing, I feel more activation in the clavicular head of my pec major with that added stretch at the bottom with the sliding grips during eccentric lowering, as well as the medial force needed to bring hands together on the concentric portion of the press. With narrowing of the grip on the press, there is definitely recruitment of the triceps and with the back and forth movement I feel the anterior delts being recruited. Also, there is likely more activation with deep stretch on subclavius muscle and pec minor. The Radian, by no means should substitute any straight bar or cambered specialty bar. I look at it as yet another additional bar that brings a change in stimulus for benching or OHP, just a like a Bandbell Earthquake Bar, Football Bars, Cambered Bars accomplish. At $785 it’s not a wise buy

This is a core killer! It involves every aspect of rotational movement and translates directly into athletics. It’s fairly expensive at $160, hence the “value” deductions, but there is nothing else like it out there. It’s another source that I like to rotate in on ab/core days…which happens to be every day.

The bar rotates smoothly on bearings and I like the feel better than the Troy Supra curl bar. It also has a rotational connection point to be able to connect to cable stack if you want. The knurling on the handles is passive. It’s an accessory bar, just like the Troy, that you should only get after you have a good EZ curly bar. It’s not unreasonably expensive and worthwhile to own. When I got the CUBB I sold this since it’s the same principle, but CUBB has added feature of using bands to create resistance upon turning.

This is nicely designed endless rope that is fully made and assembled in Germany. It’s expensive as such, but its compact size belies its resistance strength. I got the “Pro” version at about $1100. Instead of a braided rope it uses solid rubber. It’s the perfect length when mounted on my rack via two Rogue Monster attachment posts. It’s a great upper body cardio/conditioning piece, that takes 1 minute to connect and 1 minute to disconnect and it stores away easily. I wish it had an automatic rep counter. It has a small blue portion where they connected fused the rubber rope that I use to visually count the revolutions.

The history of this bar’s inception (the full sized bar) dates back about 33 years ago. It was the very first of its kind, so its heritage runs deep. Since I had the ability to customize the bar proportions, I decided to go “all in” on having it fabricated in 100% Stainless Steel (bar and sleeves). This also provided me with the best/most distinct knurling vs something that is powder coated or e-coated. I would characterize the knurling on the lighter side of medium. It is a little better than the REP Cambered Swiss Bar, better than my Nuobells, and on par with my Rogue black zinc DB-15 dumbbells, although the knurling pattern is different. The knurling on the REPS Direct Baller Bar is more along a hill pattern with a slight broad, flat recess but not vulcano. The proportions of this bar mimic the Rogue C70S that I have. The overall length of the bar is 72” providing about 15” of space-saving efficiency versus a full-length bar. From inner sleeve collar to inner sleeve collar it measures 52”. The sleeves are machined and 10” long and are smooth without ribbing/grooves. The whole frame is rounded with no sharp edges. The center area which creates a nice space for your chin, nose, cheeks and forehead is 2.5” at the bar and 5.5” at the bends in width. The outside straight portions connecting frame to sleeves are 8” giving good spread for racking/re-racking. The overall length of both the oval frame areas is 36” (about 13” wide on each side and 7 3/4” tall). The knurled grip area is 5.5” long and their diameter is 1.25”. The distance between outer grips from midway point on grips is 25.5”, between middle grips its 19” and between inner grips it’s 12.5”. The grips are positioned at 20 degree angles. The bar feels very balanced and super controllable and puts zero strain on your wrists with heavy load or while performing non pressing movements like skull crushers or curls. This is expensive in this configuration. Look elsewhere like T-Bar barbell
