LB Competition Plates
Rogue Competition Plates are an IWF standard 450MM in diameter, with chrome-plated steel disc inserts and a 50.40MM collar opening for a firm, stable hold. We've added several new features to this line-up of color-coded bumpers: Tested on a Shore A Durometer scale, the Competition Plates' average measurement was a 94, which delivers a consistent dead blow with minimal bounce found in high end Olympic weightlifting bumpers. Less bounce means less time chasing your bar around the gym.

Five stars all the way! I was able to pick up a pair of 2012 and 2013 Rogue comp bumpers used in the CrossFit games. For them to have held up for 13+ years in this condition after having been used in a competition like that is insane. Really happy to have the chance to own these!

These Rogue LB Competition Plates look great and feel very well built. I use them daily, and for the amount of use and abuse they get, the signs of wear are well below average.
Some of the paint on the letters is starting to come off, but honestly, who cares? These plates aren’t meant to sit on a mantle — they’re meant to be dropped. Overall, they’re great plates that should last a long time.
If you’re looking for solid, good-looking competition plates that can handle real training, these are a strong choice.

Upgraded to these a few years ago and couldn’t be happier. I’m rolling w/ 4x 25’s, 45’s and 55’s. Even added the dreaded pair of #35’s during the last Matte Black Friday shipping promo. I know I read this somewhere else, but man the first time you slide these on a bar and hear the ‘zing’ sound…it’s awesome.
Obviously not the cheapest option, but to me it’s worthwhile for the quality difference. I moved up from the HG 2.0 plates, which are totally fine, but this is just another level.

These sit at a 94 durometer rating so a pretty nice minimal bounce. They are beautifully done, too bad not American made. They come in Kilo versions as well. I picked up a full set from the 2020 CF games when Reebok was still a sponsor and they have gone through countless drops since then and still look as if new. Do great durability.

Dead bounce. Great product. Wish I had the complete set but got these discounted from rogue. Use them every time I do Olympic work.

Great quality. No smell and low bounce. Substantial hubs on these make them some of the best bumpers Ive used.

I drove 6+ hours to Columbus OH to pick up 5 pairs of these for a steal of a deal. They are bumpers, but these competition ones with huge steel inserts are thinner than your typical cheap bumpers, so I can fit all 5 pairs and still have room for change plates. My goal rn is to get to a 500lb deadlift with all of my Rogue competition plates on the bar

At this price point get the non comp plates if you want this style. Training plates will be more than good enough and will save you money. That said, if you want this type id say get the KG. Might as well make them comp specific. They are great plates that have moderate bounce and good sound dampening.

I picked up a pair of 45’s of these several years ago on a good deal that Rogue had on some CrossFit game used plates. They are durable and were really close to stated weight. I did have one where the center section would rattle a bit, but overall the build quality was nice and the tolerance was good on the sleeves.
