I love these things. They are well made and I use them on my deadlift bar to push the weight further laterally, which creates a little more flex in the bar - even when I use lighter weight of 405lb. I also use them squatting so that I have complete plate clearance of my uprights. 3D printed exists as an option, but I wanted a nicely made quality option.

These 5lb and 10lb training plates, paired up with a 5kg aluminum technique bar, are very helpful tool for warmup, and as the name implies - technique development. These are made well and continue to take a beating on the floor without cracking. These are twice as expensive as REP, Fringe or Titan’s versions. But I am a Rogue fanboy and went this route for both the 5lb and 10lb. I use these for every Olympic lifting session, I find that they allow for a nice warmup and really open me up (back, shoulders).

I have the T- 5kg, which is a $230 bar. Rogue offers a 15lb version for $165 and Titan has a 15lb one for $114. So that’s why I only have this one star for value - from a monetary standpoint. Along with the 5 and 10lb technique plates, It has great value for me, along with their War bar for flexibility and warmup. It also is helping my 7th grader and Sophomore in HS to develop proper snatching, and clean & jerk technique. It’s has a bare aluminum construction with two precision needle bearings in each sleeve. It has Olympic knurl marks and IWF standard spacing marks between the collars. So it’s built exceptionally well for a technique bar and performs well. I doubt there would really be any perceptible difference with a less expensive bar with brass bushings instead of the needle bearings used in this version. So you are likely better off spending 1/2 and going Titan perhaps.

As with most everything Rogue, and especially “Monster”, these are military grade built to withstand a mortar blast. I purchased the shorter version, which I would suggest to everyone. I have them mounted on my REP rack and they glide perfectly, and are rock solid regarding fitment despite being mounted on a metric rack. The adjustments allow you to perfectly dial in the trolleys. In their native form they function exactly like Sorinex Jammer arms (but these trolley mechanism is superior). What really increases their functionality are three things. 1. Gym Pin adapter to allow for free motion, 2. Vendetta Brackets, which allow for setting position of trolley arms at any angle for starting points, 3. Rorman Megalith handles to allow for even more “natural” motion while using the trolley arms. They are pricy to begin with, and then you add the cost of the additional items that I’m mentioning and then it becomes pretty ridiculous in cost. PRx Halo arms would be my recommendation because they come already designed to offer number 1. And number 2. I would still suggest purchasing the Megalith handles to anyone with jammer arms from any company, as they are a very worthwhile upgrade to static handles. I use my Sorinex J Squat attached to a trolley arm and this adds another element of functionality to them. Jammer arms in general are something you love or you hate, but I think the haters out there might not have added the three items that I have to mine - which makes them so easy and quick to set up, so “machine like” in function, and a top performer in my gym.

These fit my REP rack without issue, there is not any additional slop as I anticipated going from an imperial based attachment to a metric based rack. They are indestructible and offer great barbell protection. Outside of my MM snap backs, these are my go to J Cups. There are others out there that are more premium like Bridge Built, Irwin Fitness, with rollers, etc., but these are more than sufficient and hardly a budget option!

Love incorporating Plyo work into leg days and also for Tabatas. These Rogue boxes are durable and the foam is nice and dense. They feel stable as well at all height positions. Not sure if Abmat makes these for Rogue (they have manufactured Rogue branded products and I have a few) but the vinyl has proven to be just as durable as any Abmat product I’ve owned. They are a little bulky to store vs nesting style platforms, but I feel better knowing that if I happen to slip, my shins won’t get torn up on these foam boxes. Makes for a good seat between sets too 😂

I really wanted to like this piece and after Gym Crafter’s review and Garage Gym Reviews really praised it, I felt confident ordering it. It does have a small footprint, which I value in a small basement home gym, but it really lacks the ability for proper heavy loading. The footplate is very nice and large, the ability to attach the calf block added further versatility to this machine. I felt that I was able to get full range of motion and great depth with both Hack squat and Leg Press. The build quality was average to good. The roller mechanism had smooth gliding as well. The safety latch was a little awkwardly positioned, but once you get used to it, it’s not really a big deal. The lack of being able to properly load this with adequate weight is not necessarily an issue with its construction, but rather the very nature of having a significant angle, thereby decreasing the felt loaded weight by like 35-40%. Yes, sure, you can do one legged workouts to compensate for that, but I wasn’t interested in accommodating this “deficiency”. I added band pegs (which are not supplied with this unit and not really something they incorporated into the design, and that worked out well, but the unit still just fell short. I wound up selling this piece after about 5 months and I’ll include the FB listing photo.

Not sure what it is, but this attachment has left me wanting nothing more. I’m uninterested in upgrading to JD’s hollow body SS EZ curl attachment (and I have a dozen of his pieces), nor am I interested in Rogue’s version (even though it’s modeled after their EZ curl barbell which I have and love). This attachment is solidly weighted, has medium knurling that is comfortable, and I think the bends feel perfect to me. It’s a pretty fantastic value as well.
