This Yoke is really a mixed bag. Out of the box it's exactly 100kg which is nice for loading weight. The uprights are metric 3x3s (75mm) which is good so it can hold attachments without issues. From a quality standpoint I have no issues with it, and the crossmember is massive and a good thickness. But there aren't any rubber buffers on the weight pegs which means steel plates would immediately eat into the coating of the yoke on the touch points. It's a bit finicky with adjusting the height but if you know the "trick" it's OK to work with it. The J-cups delivered with it are nearly unusable as the plastic part of the sandwich design barely goas over the metal sidings, no idea what they thought by producing those. The worst offender are the Feet however. The company cheaped out and just went with the same part as the foot of their squat stand racks. What these jokesters didn't account for, is that the hole placement doesn't allow for the uprights being exactly centered. Which sucks atlas stones, as you now have one side dip more forward or backwards if you load it evenly. (I'm deducting one more star while writing cause this annoys me just thinking about it again). They gave us a partial refund after I argued a bunch, and we roughly can work around it by loading one side 10kg more than the other, but still stupid.

Real great quality Lat Pulldown bar. The rotating funcrion makes it nice on the wrists. The knurling is grippy but not so that it will tear up your hands. The black look is stylish and simple And from a price point it's unbeatable.

Great Kettlebells, I got ones from 24 up to 56kg. The heavy ones feel really good in the clean position. I mostly use them for bent pressing, but also some more high energy movements are no issue. If you aren't bothered by then not being competition sized then they are pretty much the best.

This made our OK ER Rack, to a bomb solid bench where you can lock yourself into a real good arch. After almost daily uses over 5 years it's still grippy, tho some parts of the shoulder area show some degradation. Also the area where the head rests is slowly cracking.

Friend of the gym built us a DIY Viking handle which almost works as intended. only drawback is that the handles aren't wide enough spaced to have your head between it. Of course, there is the whole issue of setting it up in a way to work well enough in your Rack, so it doesn't get used often. However, it's also usable to do TBar rows on a landmine which is kinda neat.

As a Dip Bar it does a good job. But hopefully you are a person with wide shoulders. My partner can barely do her dips in it, due to being so close to the post. The holds are also slowly getting slippery due to not having any knurling and the coating essentially rubbing off. Really looking to some of those more versatile options to replace it.

super lightweight and barely noticeable (optically) on a bar. The mechanism doesn't feel as tight locking as my other collars.

The collars when I really don't want anything to move at all like on deadlifts where I might drop the weight a bit more roughly between sets. They also come in some good color options so you can spruce up your gym a bit instead of a boring black or silver collar.
