This is a great row. You can pretty much do any angle you want with the articulating handles and seat adjustments. It really is great for blowing up your lats. It is not a plate hog like some rows. It is a little wider than other machines. It is heavy duty. It comes apart well if you need to get it into a basement or small door. I am an Elitefts Fanboy and usually have them on the tv during workouts. I love supporting Made In USA companies as well! I would definitely recommend.

I bought these just because I thought they were cool looking and made me feel like a big boy deadlifter! Also they let me fit more weight on my leg press since my regular plates are Rogue Deep Dish. I love that they are Made in USA. I went with the 55 lb plates just because I thought they were cool which messes up 30 plus years of plate math. I would buy them again.

This thing is awesome!! If you love Made in USA equipment this is a great stand alone option. I have the free standing one pictured and have ordered the wall mount kit which will shorten it 14 inches. The low row and pull down feel great. 300lb stack with storage hooks built in. I bought this one used but in perfect condition. I had to disassemble it to take it down into my basement. It breaks down into nice pieces to carry and I did it by myself. If I hadn't found this one used I would have bought a Rogue stand alone unit. I will post a new picture when I get the wall mount installed.

This Rack is awesome! I wanted a small rack for my heavy hex style dumbbells. One that would not have open spaces to potentially crush my fingers when racking. This rack is awesome for all the above. It is built very heavy duty and comes apart so you can move it into a basement gym or wherever. Roger's red paint looks great. If needed I can add more shelves to it or buy longer shelves. On it I have 110, 100, 90,80,70,60,50,45,40, and 35 lb dumbells.
