I got this for Christmas many years ago. I did not do a lot with it until this year. Now I am using all of the different grip attachments and strengthening my overall grip with these pieces. Solid steel construction. Variety of different grip attachments. Now, I tend to like to start heavier on some of the implements, and so I use a special custom loading pin that I had made that is 125lbs empty. My favorite out of all of them is the ball. Now I may not do it as for a grip contest, but I do it to help strengthen my grip overall. The pinch grips are hard, but the 1" block there is the best. An instagram post I have using the equipment: https://www.instagram.com/p/DUMNMfSD0t3/

I think the Reverse Hyper is an asset for any gym. I sit a lot for my day-to-day job and the reverse hyper helps open my spine up as well as helps hit my glutes and posterior chain. The Rogue Fitness Reverse Hyper works beautifully for my gym, because of the way that I have my gym with a lot of rack attachments. I watched a few videos on it before buying it and got my measurements exact and it fits perfectly where I have it. I don't do it often, but I have loaded over 700lbs on it and the pendulum has no problem with the weight. Don't know if I can leave a link here, but this is me using it on my instagram: https://www.instagram.com/p/Dava4zZRsEK/

An incredible piece of equipment and a way to attack the grip differently than other grip implements. Additionally, it provides an avenue to test your grip in a few different places, as you grip at the bottom and it is fat, and at the top it is thin. Fun training implement.

Awesome product! Love the fact that it is magentic. I have a couple of them, but need more. I actually use one of them for holding some of my remotes for things in the gym. Love the product. If you are a home gym person, you need a few of these.

Incredible product. I use these all the time for different types of movements. I have had them for years and thrown thousands of times, and they have held up. I like to use them with KB type stuff as well. They hold up well. Be creative and think outside of the normal box for throwing, but use them for KB Swings, or KB twists, etc.

I love this bar. I love the feel. The weight is distributed nicely for a 55lb bar. The knurling is soft, but good enough to keep a good grip. It does not fit in the Rogue Monster Rack (43" Cross Member) rack. Does great with the Rep Fitness (with 41" Cross Member).

I do like this piece of equipment. I do not feel that the customer support is the best. I messed up the stickers for the weight and asked for just a new set of stickers and they refused to even sell them to me. Outside of that, I love how the trolley moves up and down. It is very smooth. It feels solid. My problem is that when I do lat pull downs it swings over in front and sometimes gets in the way of movement. It is solid piece of equipment. The thing I regret, is that I have already racked the seated row, thus I wish I would have purchased the Rogue version that has the band pegs to allow for stronger workouts. I do love the wall management for my cable attachments. That is really cool. The seat is okay.

I love this bar. To me, the knurling on this bar is just right. It beats out the Rogue Fitness Ohio Deadlift bar. The whip is just right and allows for good fast explosive pulls. I got the cerakote black bar.
