I hemmed and hawed a bit due to the price, but this bar has turned out to be awesome. Love the feel of the stainless steel and love the knurling, plus it has been a cinch to keep clean. I'm primarily using this for bench, squat, deadlifts, overhead pressing, and barbell curls. The knurling is a little sharp for front squats, but it is manageable.

Absolutely awesome. The whole thing is rugged and more than sturdy enough. Functional trainer is smooth and easy to use. The Monster Lite series has super easy to adjust safety straps, too. Haven't regretted this purchase for even a moment and would recommend to anyone looking for a big, solid, multifunctional rack.
