I needed an adjustable KB in this weight range, and this seemed the best option at the time. Overall, it does what it says. But durability is a big issue. Despite babying it (not dropping - setting down gently), the top weight plate will not stay attached. Given that I got the FA KB adjustable recently that covers that weight (16kg), it's no loss for me.
