I picked up my vintage York split sleeve olympic bar with a set of Yorks I purchased and I use them together. Iconic and enjoyable bar for sure.

This is the "casual" (read: easiest to wear for a longer time frame) bowtie. It is comfortable and while still doing posture training, I was able to even wear it in bed when having some shoulder issues.

This is the tightest option, or most firm, shaping option, of the Bowtie line and it is not for the faint of heart. I use this one when I really want to tackle some serious posture training. Note, it is the most difficult bowtie to get on and off.

Of all my bars, I use this one the least. When I do use it, I do pin presses for overhead in different hand positions. Take it or leave it.

I love these bumpers. They're beautiful (mine have been repainted) and I have 20kg sets from the 70s and 80s. I like to use them for overhead pressing when I drop on pads and I have not had any issues with this, though I would be more careful with them than I would with modern bumpers.
