One of the most slept on calf machines to exist, the Cybex donkey calf has perfected form and function. Can never get over just how compact this is, while still having the ability to execute a perfect calf raise. Stretch and feel are unreal. Only improvement I would make on this is to have the footplate be rounded instead of squared off. I believe the newer gen donkey calf’s did make this change. Otherwise this thing is perfect and is a grail piece.

These are my favorite urethane grip plates, and I have used just about every one on the market. Before buying I had nailed down my top picks to intek, umax, xmaster, and American barbell. The handles and handle spacing on the inteks are the most comfortable and user friendly, and the urethane with stainless steel hub is top notch. The only gripe I’d have with these is that they are a bit thick, especially the 25’s. I’ve not run into issues with not being able to fit enough plates on the bar or plate loaded machines, but occasionally it gets close. If these could get a bit thinner I think they would be absolutely perfect.

Awesome triceps attachment, feels better than anything else I’ve ever used. Jesse does amazing work and this thing is smooth as butter. Very comfortable on the wrists as well. If I could choose just one attachment for triceps it would be this. Very expensive but worth supporting a small USA company.

Excellent machine that targets two areas that are very difficult to match in a home gym. I tried for years to replicate both adduction and abduction isolation, but was never able to do so in a way that felt good and could actually progress. Biggest issue with this machine is it has a light stack so most people will have to use a gympin to add weight. Other problem is the entry and exit is not particularly easy, especially for adduction.
