Awesome triceps attachment, feels better than anything else I’ve ever used. Jesse does amazing work and this thing is smooth as butter. Very comfortable on the wrists as well. If I could choose just one attachment for triceps it would be this. Very expensive but worth supporting a small USA company.

This is my favorite cable attachment I own. My only regret is not getting the thicker handles.
I love hitting triceps with this & it’s easier on my elbows than other tricep attachments

This attachment 100% lives up to its name. It truly is Top “S” Tier. I ordered mine with the extra aggressive knurling option. The rotational handles make this piece exceptional. They sit at the perfect angle as well. I consider it a great value (because I don’t mind spending extra on exceptional items and I have curated some of the very best attachments available) but I still take off a couple stars because this is very expensive relatively speaking.

One of the most unique Tricep attachments there is. Called "Top Tier" for a reason. Really helps isolate the triceps for pushdowns. Also fantastic for overhead tricep extensions.

My favorite attachment for triceps, I have the thicker handles. The Thicker handles are definitely quite expensive, I would not recommend purchasing the upgrade the handles that come with the TTT are great as is. I actually had the standard handles for a while and had no complaints but JD upgraded me because he is a great guy. I am always happy to support small american business like this. And he's a Paisan!
