Its very solid, as one would expect from a single piece of welded steel with no moving parts. The grip positions all feel comfortable while pressing, but the inner most grips are a little close for me to bench with. I have used if to bench press, from different angles, for hammer curls, tricep presses, and shoulder presses. I suspect this bar is white labeled and made overseas. At full retail price the value for money is low. However, I purchased this bar used, and if I am being honest it was the endcap that sold me on it. The price was right for an accessory bar that doesn't get used all the time. The Knurling was still good when i bought it off marketplace, and overall the bar feels very good for all the movements I have tried with it. I do not use this bar regularly, but when my shoulder is bothering me I bench with it. This bar is Heavy - 64-ish pounds empty, but it is hell for stout. If you see one in the wild and are looking for a solid swiss bar to use once in awhile the Gronk Bar is pretty good.

These were an upgrade from a much smaller farmers handle. They are solid for sure. Not as easy to set up as top loaders, but if you only do heavy farmers once in awhile these will be plently. Prepare to beat up whatever plates or bumpers you load them with, though.

As a kettlebell, they are large relative to what they weigh. It feels like swinging a purse. however, I use mine as a light throw bag, and for that it does quite well. No concerns about build quality. GoRuck gear is built to last, and most items have a lifetime warranty.
