About the Gym

The gym takes up 1 stall of a 2 car garage, but I use both stalls when the weather is nice and the car can be outside. The garage has 10 foot ceilings, with high-lift garage doors to allow for tall equipment. Flooring is stall mats on the gym side, of course. The floor slopes hard to the drain so i had to build a level platform for the yoke to sit on. We use the cul de sac for loaded carries, tire flips, and sled work. Most of my equipment is used from marketplace.
