The dragonfly is a great piece for those who want a lateral raise/chest fly machine at an affordable price and with no footprint requirement. There is some play at the various joints, but its not enough to hinder the movements. For chest flys I added the Rogue H5 handles using a coarse M10 to coarse 1/2" male to male adapter, which made the angle on chest flys much better. The ability to load the start of lateral raises and the end of the chest flys feels fantastic. My only complaint is the stoppers on the weight horns can slide off when repositioning the piece. Other than that, very happy with the equipment. For reference: I am 6'1" and arm length is just about perfect.

If you are a VTS user with limited space, this solution is great. While it costs almost as much as a budget stand alone plate loaded tower tower, it is as solid as your rack and feels butter smooth during use. Its quick to attach to the VTS, and can be easy to remove if you don't bolt it all the way onto the rack, though it will have slightly more play without the extra bolt. The pully housing rotates freely to allow use from any angle needed, further adding to its flexibility. Excellent solution for tight spaces, but takes a little bit of set up and can interfere with other rack attachments.

As far as leg presses go, you can't get anything that takes up less space than this. All you need is two uprights and you can have a very smooth, easy to lock in and out, quality-built verticle leg press. If you have a VTS, the price is easier to swallow, especially compared to stand alone machines. The problems with the equipment are shared will any verticle leg press: low range of motion and a tendency to push you to round your back. The platform also has some tilting issue of you don't focus on keeping the force on your legs even, but when you are focused and working, it feels solid and smooth. For those with very limited floor space, and who are already part of the VTS ecosystem, its a decent addition that invites regular use.
