I purchased these while rehabbing my son’s partial labrum tear. The durability and quality of these bands is awesome. They are a great, compact tool that he can carry right in his kit bag for warm ups. They have nice even stretch throughout the movement, and the fabric sleeve is nice to protect the user if the band ever does fray and break.

It doesn’t get better than this. Odd shapes, awkward loading, pulling over to pick up random rocks. This is the way.

I had a shoulder impingement that I couldn’t shake, even with PT. The bowtie helped a lot. The tension on the shoulder during warmups, and the cue to retract the shoulders were both very helpful. It’s helpful to add a cord to the back handle to pull it down into place for better tension.

This bag is expensive, but as a grab-and-go ruck it’s excellent. I throw it on to walk the dog all the time, and go for longer rucks pretty often. It’s durable and comfortable. Pro tip: if you use cheaper Yes4All plates in the ruck, cut a slice in a pool noodle and slide that on the edge of the plate to disperse the weight.

These are a big upgrade over the 1.0. The added polymer protects the j-cups. The liner on my 1.0 wore and cracked. This liner is much more durable. In general, they are great. Also, the staggering of the side support allows you to add a wedge to support a duffalo style bar like in this picture.

I have two styles of homemade plyo boxes. The traditional rectangle, and a more pyramid style with a stall mat top. I do prefer the pyramid style, as they are more stable, especially outside on uneven surfaces, and are more forgiving if you miss. Both styles are excellent though.

Very lightweight and fairly unstable bench. Upholstery is slippery, and even with thread locker and tightening the bolts as much as I can, it still wobbles like it’s loose. I store it in my ceiling joists for when I need a second bench.

I added a layer of UHMW on the shaft for a tighter fit on my flip down safeties. After that, this thing is great. Huge upgrade over using a bench.
