I built a 10 degree wedge and a pair of 15 degree wedges using some scrap wood in the garage. I threw some extra paint I had and bought some grip tape from Walmart or Amazon. Maybe someday I’ll get the real thing, but these are super comfortable for incline squats. I also use them for split squats…notice that I didn’t say those are super comfortable since split squats are always awful 😂. I watched some YouTube videos and there are quite a few examples. But I basically used ply wood and made an angle (ChatGPT helped me figure out how to get the angle I want). Then I put screws through the top- try to use short screws and you will probably miss a couple times- no big deal. Then I added a 2x4 underneath to give it support and just drilled in to secure to the board. Pilot holes might help you out a bit. Works great, and it’s holding up fine! I’m sure someday they will break down- maybe.

Just made out of scrap wood I had lying around. Wish I had made it a bit longer (only did about 2ft) but the angle is solid. I generally put a plate behind it to ensure it doesn’t slide, since my squat rack is on a wood platform.

I love how wide this wedge is, but I ended up making it too steep. It still works, by adding strips of mat in front of the wedge. I added a textured medium to to the paint to make it grippy, but still comfortable with bare feet
