I primarily use this platform for belt squats with a Voltra but for its intended purpose, it’s also pretty awesome as well. Over built and heavy duty, it’s perfect for both exercises. It’s still easy to move around even on the rubber flooring. My only nitpick is that the foot plates could have been a little bit bigger and extended a bit more in the center.

The heart of my gym. Purchased this from Rogue and had them make all the uprights 90in because of the slope from the roof. Perfect rack for me and my use. I like not working inside a cage and it makes for easier access for the bars inside on the Darko Dock. The feet are also very useful for stability and use of my Voltras for a bunch of other exercises.

When you run out of things to do to your gym, these are a nice little hit of dopamine that won’t get in your way and you probably won’t regret either even though you don’t really use it for anything besides looks.

Simple mod. Serves no purpose other than making it look cool. Got it as a gift for my birthday and I like the way it looks.

The machine itself is good. The belt it came with was subpar and I replaced it with A Spud Inc Pillow Belt. I also cut down the loading pins to save on space because for a “400lb” weight capacity it was still comically large even with bumpers. I plan on adding mounts for my Voltra so I don’t have to lug the weights to this machine and unload it when the program only asks for two sets. In addition, the price I got it for was better due to me getting a Rebate on my treadmill from BOS. Otherwise, it’s a tough choice to spend so much on this machine that only does hip thrusters. BUT (you see what I did there?) my wife loves not having to setup and we get the booty gains. Win for both of us.

I wanted fixed dumbbells and couldn’t afford Urethane ones. Was going to save for them because I didn’t want the regular hex ones because I couldn’t see the weight up close unless I was directly above them. These caught my eye due to the contrast white markings to differentiate the weights and I was sold. I didn’t mind the ergo grips but I did like that the entire thing was coated and didn’t have to worry about rust. However, I didn’t realize that the grip width was on the smaller side at 4.5in and wouldn’t fit most racks besides these that I bought from Rep. So if I were to change my storage, they would have to be flat shelves which would be more expensive and none exist so far that would fit my space the way I want. I also couldn’t use these with the Spot Grips that I found for a great deal on FBM so had to sell it. Kind of a bummer but these do what I need them to do and with those small caveats in mind, they’re still a good but not great option.

I had a Rogue Matador and upgraded to the UDA when it came out. What a huge difference it made having a pin already on the unit and just placing it on the rack. I hated having to hold the Matador in place and throw a pin in especially since I didn’t have magnetic speed pins at the time. My wife never used it due to that very reason and this makes it a lot easier to use for dips. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a dip attachment.

I bought one to make a belt squat since space is limited and I didn’t want to make room for a Rhino. I figured if I could do it right, then it would be worth it and I could also use it on other machines or simply use it for cable work. After using it for a month, I replaced my Bells of Steel Functional Trainer and fought the urge to buy a second one until their Black Friday deal almost a year later. The updates with auto loading and reloading made it a no brainer for accessory work. It won’t replace barbells or old school weights, but if you plan around it right, it can make your life easier. I think Project Overdrive will make it better as well, so BP release the update!
