This is most definitely a budget trap bar. As others have mentioned, it has a limited weight capability. But as long as you do not drop it and keep it under 400lbs, it works fine. I am no power lifter, so for me it does what I need. I do deadlifts and use it for farmers walks up and down the dirt driveway. You get what you pay for.

I love this bench. It's sturdy, looks cool and works great! Bonus, it is 17" tall which when paired with my Mikolo Anubis Rack, helps to solve the height issue for doing Lat Pulldowns. Now I get full ROM. The only issue with the bench thus far is the wheels are to small, which makes moving it around a little sticky from time to time. I plan on replacing the wheels soon. Over all, I am happy with the bench.

Surprisingly effective. The resistance curve is as to be expected. If this is all you did for shoulders, you would fall short. But in conjunction with other shoulder exercises, it's a nice addition to my home gym.

These dip bars are beautiful. I weigh 250, no flex when using them. Well built, decent price, I would recommend these to anyone. Note: I had to grind the bottom hole a little to get these to fit on my Mikolo Anubis rack. No big deal.

I added these to both stacks on my Mikolo Anubis Rack. Now I am able to add additional weight for lat pulldowns. Super excited. Tested them with a couple 45 lb plates and the 235 lb stack maxed out... worked great!! Note: i had to drill out the stack rod and top weight plate to make these fit.

I'm using this hack squat rack attachment for a "wall mounted leverage squat machine". I built a platform box, mounted a 30" piece of 3x3 tube steel from F&F Steel to the wall and now I can use the squat attachment and fold it out of the way when not in use. Seems to work great so far. The Hack Squat did bend at the hinge point as all the reviews said it would, but it doesn't seem to affect anything. I have only loaded 230 lbs so far... works great!
