The best spin bike I could afford, we are very pleased with its durability and performance! Worth its high price.

We used them mostly on the rack for neutral grip pull-up options, but they are also used with rubber bands and barbells. Durable material, solid grip.

Genial design, cheap foam. They work great for body weight movements, not trustworthy for heavy weights.

Solid squat ramp, is getting used for heel elevated squats as well it assists various movements.

Recovery tools are never enough, got it as an add to 3 ships free from Rogue, and did not regret it, it has a good size, it is better quality than similar ones we used to have.

Great EZ curl bar, has nice curves and feels right.

It is a descent 3hp treadmill, it is holding well considering that it is daily abused by 3 marathon runners. It does not have the bells and wistles comercial tredmills do, it is not the most comfortable when running long distances, but it is durable, minimal noise. In the future we plan to upgrade to a better quality one.

We own the previous model, same celectorised machine, but with plain vynil, it is very much used for back and chest exercises, not much for leg ext/curls, since we have a better option. Does the job.
