SWISSIES™
Your pull-up bar doesn't have neutral grips. Now it does. Swissies™ hook onto any straight bar — pull-up bar, barbell, Smith machine, cable attachment — and instantly give you a joint-friendly neutral grip. The protective rubber hook won't scratch your equipment, and the knurled handle locks your hand in place even when your palms are chalked. At under 1 lb, they toss in your gym bag and disappear until you need them. Sold as a pair.

We used them mostly on the rack for neutral grip pull-up options, but they are also used with rubber bands and barbells. Durable material, solid grip.

Got these and the Swissies SP. Use them primarily for pull ups. Love that I can adjust these to the width I want as opposed to a fixed bar with set hand placement. They feel sturdy.

These are inexpensive and a must have in the gym. Highly recommend!

Small and compact but add versatility to several movements. I like to use these for weighted hands and they make this exercise a lot easier on the shoulders.

These are great, especially for the price. You'd need to pay significantly more money to get something better for pull-ups (like the custom JD pull-up handles).
I'm not a fan for using them for rows, but I love using them for neutral grip pull-ups

Great addition to my gym, affordable and easy to use and set up. Only use them for pullups, but might experiment barbell rows.

I love these things! Super affordable, strong, and useful. My only complaint it that my pull up bar wore off some of the foam padding on the loop. Definitely will be adding the cable attachable versions to the gym

I primarily use these for pull-ups and really like them. I don’t do heavy weighted pull-ups with these since they’re plastic and I don’t trust them. I’m sure they would be fine, but I’d rather not push the limit of them. I think an upgraded version made of steel lined with UHMW would be a nice overkill option.

The Swissies are a very useful accessory to have in your tool kit--ideal if you want to use a neutral grip on any pulling movement involving a bar, but also underrated as a cable attachment (just need a spare over-sized carabiner). Also, they are very well built and feel like a premium product despite being made from plastic. Highly recommend.

These are great for neutral grip pull ups, barbell rows, deadlifts, Romanian deadlifts, and even resistance band work by looping them on bands.
I really like it for barbell rows because it increases my range of motion and is a much more natural hand/wrist position for that movement.
They do not give me any doubts- I feel very safe using them. They are a little more than I think they should be, but it’s a nice addition to the gym.
