I genuinely really like the way these feel for rear delt excercises.

Works well for calf raises. Nothing overall special.

I had a custom belt squat platform made in hooked to my cable tower that was nice I just could not go heavy enough. Now I have a piece I attach to my lever arms that allows me to essentially have a belt squat machine using my lever arms. It is very effective.

I have the cheap knockoff from amazon. Works just as well in my opinion and its nice to have a jack and cable attachment.

I dont have the exact model. But my echelon bike is nice and using the app for spin classes is a nice change of pace and a good way to burn some extra calories.

I have the older none smart screen model. The traditional commercial unit you tend to find. I gor it from a gym that was closing and its old but still works like new and my wife loves it.

They work for bench and squat not very good for deadlift. But a good collar is guess for the price
