It’s a huge upgrade that makes belt squatting on the mammoth feel way more stable and controlled. It’s solid and gives you a better bracing point. I won’t be belt squatting without it now.

The standout feature is definitely the rotating top pad. It adds an extra level of instability that makes it noticeably more challenging than a standard GHD. You’ll feel it immediately… and probably regret it halfway through your set.
