Still need to add a board but free truck tire from a local midas shop. 6 dollar eye bolt that is probably way overkill from menards and the lifting sling from harbor freight for 11 bucks is super nice with basically built in handles. Probably going to get a long rope for pulls and some other way to connect to myself. Connected the thicker strap via a 2 dollar loop strap from home depot. Cant beat the value added a piece of scrap 1x10 I had laying around and got a flange and pipe at home Depot for another 14 buck. Still can't beat it!

Phenomenal upgrade overall. Way more versatile than I expected. Great for cable machine. Landmine work. Linking both of my arms together. Very versatile and must have for anyone that likes quality. Way nicer than my cable tower...or the linker that came with it. Look forward to my next darko piece!

I made my own with a landmine, barbell, the Bells of steel 30 D Handle bar and some pipes/bolts from home depot as handles. The 30 D Handle is 5/8th inch holes so a standard size to make. You could also probably just use 5/8th inch hole plate holders, I just wanted the smaller grip of 1.25 inch pipe when i made this. I found a plastic pipe and some duct tape inside of the pipe to help make the bolt fit in there firmly and quietly. Probably need 1 more washer to protect the 30 D bar and make it work. But all in took multiple things I had, build some handles at home depot and ended up with a fun and useful DIY viking press for fairly cheap all things considered. handles are nice for rows too. With the multiple width options gives a ton of versatility as well.

Built my own for about 45ish dollars. 10 for a pulley, 10 for a cable, a 2x4, had the 1x10 for the deck, 10 for stain and 10 for screws as I was out. Is it perfect, nope, does it get the job done without spending a small fortune, yes it does. It's about 24 inches deep, 26 inches wide. It is light so it will move if you are not on it. Works for belt squats, planned enough space to add the edge of my bench for chest supported rows as well. I liked a lot of the designs out there I found and took elements of them. I'll probably use my squat wedges for a touch more depth on the squat, but otherwise works great so far! Let me know if you have any questions! This started by looking at some of the options on alibaba for the 180ish range, then i went down the rogue rhino path and realized, i can't fit that in my gym nor do i want to spend 2k. knocking myself down two points for build quality as there was one board that is slightly crooked, hidden from view. I also probably should have gone 2x6 instead of 2x4 for the frame to get the extra couple inches of range.

Simply breath taking, feel great in the hand, fantastic for one armed exercises, just grab a nice pair of these in your gym as soon as you can, saying anything else about these would just be nuts.

I picked up for $280 dollars since it had arms and fit my height and space. Was looking to add in a cable machine for some time. I saw some reviews on the older version with 1 bigger upright but not on this version outside of some of the good to average reviews online. Overall had for about a month, I've had about 120 lbs on it so far and it feels solid. It will 100% need to be mounted to something to be stable. Went right into the basement wall with some concrete anchors, It has not budged since, hope that lasts. Assembly was fairly easy except the retention clips for the arms, fit was way too snug and after hammering, had to use a file to take off a tiny bit of material to get it to retention clip on. Routing the cable was super easy. Only issue was the retention clip and was able to get that on! I am docking it for build quality slightly, the uprights are thin, i'd guess 16 gauge as they are thinner than my titan t2, they are also a weird size so replacing them isn't very likely in the future if there is issues (I could be wrong, measured them at 1.625 inches and could not easily find replacements. The arms have been sturdy to the weight I have lifted so far, I would assume if I get over 200 lbs (even though it's rated for 400) it'll get pretty dicey. The arms also move in one plane if that is a deal breaker this might not be the machine for you. So they do adjust forward, just in a 180 degree arc in line with the single plane. Powder coating is not amazing but should be fine as it's in a basement. Attachments that came were the dell included keyboard circa 2005 quality. The linker for both cables is good though for the 1:1 ratio. Leg holder is meh at best. Overall, very pleased so far with the performance. If I ever have issues, I'm sure I will just upgrade to something of more substantial build quality/price. This is 100% a cheap way to add cables with articulating arms.

Don't have a lot of comparisons in my arsenal but at 24 dollars on sale these are way better than any I have used at any of the many gyms I belonged to throughout the years or anything included for free I've had before. Couldn't bring myself to spend twice as much for half the amount of handles for Rogue and these appear to be a direct knockoff. Knurling is aggressive, more aggressive than my Black Diamond Power bar as it is full mountain and less TPI but don't find it too much to handle overall, just surprised they would have gone that aggressive on it. Would buy again overall and find them to an incredible deal and quality. Spin is great, material feels fantastic and like it should last.

These appear to be very similar to the bells or Titan versions for a fraction of the price. Got a pair shipped for about 250 bucks very 500 to 600 for Titan/bells. Performance only giving 4 because like the big brands it's slow to adjust with the allen wrench then a screw. Came in a little dirty and only reason I'm marking down slightly one of them I have to line up to make sure it is easily screw able back together. Plan to mark the spot for reference with some paint. Overall very happy with the purchase.
