Because of a back injury, I was looking for a way to make everything easier, especially when I started setting up my home gym! The barbell jack came to the rescue! I ordered two, and they helped me raise the bar for exercises like hip thrusts and deadlifts for a long time. I now use it with low-level landmine exercises.

Great feel! I like to position it high up and brace my arms on my spotter arm, and it's amazing (literally on my forearms). You don't really need heavy weights to work out well, so it's a good product.

I bought this solely for hip thrusts and to avoid getting pregnant from using a barbell. I have no complaints; it does its job well, and I really don't experience any pain during the exercise! On a "heavy" hip thrust, it wasn't positioned correctly, and the polyurethane foam broke... it's still broken, but it still functions. So, it's a good product, but always be careful with it.

I thought I'd use it for sledge pulling (without a sledge, haha), but I quickly started doing rope climbs and pull-ups by connecting it to my pulley. Really cool piece of equipment.

I've never been into kettlebells, and when I changed my training routine due to injuries, a lack of routine, or just to train differently, I started with 4kg and 10kg kettlebells. But I didn't want to get stuck in the dumbbell cycle and end up with a dozen different weights. While browsing in the store, it was on display. I tried it, and I think that must have been love at first sight, haha. It gradually increases from 12kg to 24kg (the weight changes aren't really a waste of time), and a little tip: the bell weighs 8kg, which can also be useful!

Having fulfilled its purpose, I was able to store my yoga mats, my acupressure mat, my yoga blocks, and my lumbar support belt.

I used it very regularly, but once I got my power rack, I put it up for sale after buying the dip attachments. It really doesn't budge; it's an excellent product, but its biggest drawback is the space it takes up

I bought it second-hand, and it definitely has its place in my gym. I use it a lot during ab workouts and also during back extensions 👌🏻
