I've never been into kettlebells, and when I changed my training routine due to injuries, a lack of routine, or just to train differently, I started with 4kg and 10kg kettlebells.
But I didn't want to get stuck in the dumbbell cycle and end up with a dozen different weights.
While browsing in the store, it was on display. I tried it, and I think that must have been love at first sight, haha.
It gradually increases from 12kg to 24kg (the weight changes aren't really a waste of time), and a little tip: the bell weighs 8kg, which can also be useful!
