It's a way to get a VTS copy for a reasonable price. To be honest, it's not the same quality; but for a home gym, and if you take care of your equipment, you won't have any problems! It allows you to have a Smith machine directly on the rack! It's quite sturdy and offers a wide range of exercises. It should have four rollers instead of two, which would improve its sliding on the power rack. It can also be used unilaterally with its handles, as well as with pulley systems. It's a piece of equipment I use regularly in my workouts!

Great equipment! You can do a large things with if you're smart. Especially designed for a landmine for hack squats, I also use it for military presses and shrugs/calves raises. I've also paired it with the Syl Fitness unilateral Smith machine.

It's a compact piece of equipment, perfect for training in enclosed or confined spaces. And it even comes with a plastic rope! It lets you count the number of rotations!

A very good product if you decide to start a home gym and include a pulley system. Supporting 100kg on each side, it's sufficient for arm exercises and flyes. Why not try seated rows on the floor? But it's not recommended for lat pulldowns (no leg holders). I use this equipment 3-4 times a week!
