A very good product if you decide to start a home gym and include a pulley system. Supporting 100kg on each side, it's sufficient for arm exercises and flyes. Why not try seated rows on the floor? But it's not recommended for lat pulldowns (no leg holders). I use this equipment 3-4 times a week!

It came with the Power Rack 900, but unfortunately, or rather fortunately, I already had a Double D handle. This one isn't suitable for me. It's very narrow and prevents me from getting a good stretch and feel during the pulling movements. Why not, though? It's always a plus when you don't have one; it's always a plus to start with. 🤷🏻
