Excellent mid-level bench. Build quality feels premium and heavy-duty. Decent vinyl with lots of incline/decline adjustments. Love the knurled handle and pop pins. Stores vertically and comes with a leg attachment, allowing you to do decline exercises and even nordic curls. Best part about the attachment is it is very adjustable ensuring you get the perfect fit. Also comes with upper-arm support attachments for incline dumbbell curls, which feel good. When in the flat position it is around 17", which feels great for benching. Very good price for what you get compared to Rep and other higher end benches. Only downsides: the vinyl could be a little grippier and the pad gap is big enough to be annoying depending on how you lay on the bench. Also, it would be great if the attachment port could fit a stand-alone leg developer from another company. But for the price, hard to complain too much.

Overall solid entry-level adjustable dumbbells. Nice that you can pick up a pair for less than $400. The handles adjust nicely and it is satisfying to hear the "click" for each weight increment. They only go up to 50 lbs and there is no way to add additional weight, so that can be limited for some of the larger compound exercises. The individual weight plates are coated in plastic and sometimes stick in the rack which is annoying. I wouldn't trust dropping these. I will eventually upgrade, maybe to Ironmaster adjustable dumbbells to access heavier weights and keep these to easily/quickly switch between lighter weights.

Essentially, Crossrope AMP is the Peloton of jump ropes. It is one of the best weighted jump rope systems you can buy; a set of handles with interchangeable weighted ropes ranging from 1/4 lb on up to 5+ lbs. They feature smooth bearings and great build quality; they feel great to jump with and the varying weights make a big difference in the responsiveness and intensity of the workout. You can purchase them with or without the AMP subscription. The "AMP" element requites a subscription to their app ($120 ish /yr). The handles keep track of your jump count, revolutions/minute, power output, etc. and record them in real-time on the app. The subscription includes thousands of pre-designed workouts and programs that are jump-only while also incorporating bodyweight, kettlebell, and dumbbells as well. There is a daily leaderboard where you can compare your workout to other users, and it also has a pace-bar that allows you to compete against your previous times. All this is super cool and it works great. The downside is that if you want the full AMP experience, it is very expensive. The jump rope alone (AMP package includes handles, 1/4, 1/2, and 1 lb ropes) is $199, then you have to pay for the app subscription to use it. I used mine for about 9 months and also added a 2 lb rope. It was great, but the strength elements of the workouts were a little hokey. I ended up letting the subscription expire but will still gladly use the weighted ropes.

They are OK and get the job done. Yes they smell at first, but I didn't think it was as bad as some say and it disappeared within a month. My biggest issue is with the metal inserts in the metal; the 10 lb plates are off slightly and while thankfully they fit on my barbells, they don't fit very well on my weight tree. I will need to take a wire brush or steel wool to the inside and see if I can widen it 1/16" or so. They are fairly wide, which takes up a lot of room on my functional trainer trolley and weight tree.

First power rack, got it on a great Black Friday deal (it is now discontinued... no wonder it was several hundred $$ off!). It's pretty simple but gets the job done. My favorite part is that there is space inside the rack to squat/bench while using the safety bars. Functional trainer cables work well; I have the plate loaded version. The weight horns are fairly short on the trolley, considering the 1:2 ratio while doing lat pulldowns, I quickly ran out of space for 45lb bumper plates. Nylon pulleys are pretty smooth, although I haven't used aluminum pulleys so I can't compare. Cable trolley at the top hole position is a little too short to get full ROM on lat pulldowns while sitting on a bench, have to sit on the ground instead. Rack overall is pretty sturdy and doesn't shake or move much while doing pull ups; that said I'm not a big guy at 5'8" and 172 lb. Purchased extra weight horns but there isn't a great spot to put them on the outside of the rack where they won't be in the way. The 2x3 uprights are probably more sturdy than a cheap 2x2 rack, but the weird size really limits the attachments. you can get. I will probably try to get the leg holder and an extra set of j-cups ASAP before they disappear.
