These are great for all kind of things. We use them as deadlift cushions, and on the ground for some kneeling exercises. For how cheap they are they are a great addition for any home gym. They are also pretty durable and easy to clean.

The hold stuff in place if you arent throwing it around. We only use them on our leg curl/ extension and they seem fine. I wouldnt go put of my way to buy them again as others are a major upgrade for barely any more of a cost.

Seem to be pretty good value and have held up well with no damage my wife uses them for kickbacks and such. I also find them comfortable for things like cable lateral raises or rear delt flyes.

It can be a bit shaky at higher weights but for the price we really like it. Plenty of options with it between leg curl (seated or laying) and leg extensions which all feel pretty good. I have also set it up to do back extensions/ reverse hypers which both are awkward but better than nothing. The preacher curl pad I don't love but Ive found the best use is using an axle strap around the leg pad and I can attach a cable curl attachment for curls and its pretty good. I had an old tuff stuff leg curl/ extension and probably wouldn't have bought this on my own but I won it in a contest and love it. Definitely something to look at if you're looking for your first value leg combo piece but not much of an upgrade piece.

Been using this for about a year and it has been one of my favorite bars/ attachments. I use it mostly for curls with weights or cables, tricep extensions and lat pulldowns. I mostly only have cheap attachments that came with my rack so theres not a ton of competition. I think if I had fat grip v bar for tricep extension or a good lat bar this wouldn't get much use due to being pretty heavy for an attachment but if you don’t have a lot of attachments its neat to have that added use. The knurling on it isn't much but at least it’s there.
