I was lucky enough to be able to trade two 25lbs cap steel plates for two 35lbs and two 45lbs international vintage plates. I was planning on selling the cap plates soon so thought id just clean these up and sell them but honestly these are some really nice deep dish plates that may stick around for awhile!

I got these on marketplace for less than half the cost of them new and they were in perfect condition, for that price I thought I couldn’t afford not to. Honestly I completely understand why lever arms get a bad rep, they are heavy and annoying to adjust. If you plan to take it on and off your rack just don't bother. Being able to lock these into certain angles and start points is huge and I truly feel like they replace a lot of machines in the gym that I miss at home. Some of my favorites being a chest supported row and shoulder press on a fixed path but it’s also nice for a make shift belt squat and such. The trolley system is also super smooth. In my opinion if you are even thinking about a stand alone row or pressing machine but limited on space, I would strongly consider these. My biggest oversight with them was placing them on my already short Maxum X2 and now my wife is pissed they are in her way when she wants to do cable exercises. I hope to figure out the space to build a second rack and have it exclusively for these and maybe storage on the back of it. Its definitely ideal to have a dedicated rack or space for them.

These collars were a gift and are awesome! Some pros are they lock in super tight and have magnets to help store them on your rack and lock in tight against your plates! Although how tight they are could be a bit of a con too. My wife finds them hard to get on and off the bar. I find the best way to do that is by holding the barbell sleeve and rotating it the opposite direction than the lock mechanism and it works great!

If you want an air bike but dont have the budget just don't get an air bike yet. I got this for free off marketplace and just had to replace the strap for $10 to get it working. For that price it isn't too bad but I'm already questioning if its worth the space it takes up. I wouldn't pay much more than $100 CAD absolute max for it and i might even be disappointed at that price. If you ever used a real air bike it will feel like a toy. Could be good for older populations or kids though.

These are great for all kind of things. We use them as deadlift cushions, and on the ground for some kneeling exercises. For how cheap they are they are a great addition for any home gym. They are also pretty durable and easy to clean.
