It’s weight, and my pairs are all pretty close to the listed spec, even with the rough quality control that leads to some pitting and small voids in the plates. That said, if you’re like me, sometimes you just need to go with what’s available and fits your budget, and these get the job done without overthinking it.

They’re a staple in a lot of home gyms and do exactly what I need them to do, I have noticed the coating can chip pretty easily with regular use.

They’re about what you’d expect from an economy brand, nothing flashy but they get the job done. I have noticed the handle thickness isn’t always consistent even among the same weights, which is something to watch for when purchasing.

They work as advertised and definitely make things harder, especially for rows, pull-ups, and any grip-heavy movements. I don’t use them often, but for the price and space they’re a solid add-on for home gym owners looking to build grip strength without needing specialized equipment.

Picked this up off Marketplace for pennies on the dollar, because paying full price would’ve felt like a personal attack. It takes up half my gym and the chest press/pec deck setup feels like a cruel joke, so I pretty much pretend it doesn’t exist. That said, it’s cheap, hits a bunch of movements, and the stack works great right up until you want to go heavy and realize it’s already tapped out.

I hung the banner on the wall and immediately gained 47 lbs on my total, developed an irrational urge to yell “YEAH BUDDY” at strangers, and made my gym smell like iron, chalk, and pure horsepower in under 30 seconds. The package comes with enough credibility that strangers ask for lifting advice while I’m just loading plates wrong on purpose.

Had this for years and eventually got rid of it because it just got gross from years of use collecting sweat & dust/ dirt from being stored in the corner of a garage gym.

I had the older version with the 1-inch holes, which I liked overall. The only downside was that the hole size and pattern didn’t match up between the front and sides, so it limited some accessory options. That said, it’s still a really solid, space-saving rack. I never actually folded it up, but I enjoyed using it.
